GSE All-Share Index dips in low trading

The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark index of the Accra bourse, dipped by 0.79 points on Monday, pushed down by Fan Milk Limited, which lost 100 cedis.
The index, which had made impressive gains in recent weeks, slipped to close down at 899.56 from 900.35 points.
Generally, the market was bearish with traded volumes at their lowest. They opened the week down more than 300 per cent from 36,700 on Friday to close at 10,200.
Market capitalisation fell from 3,724.40 billion cedis to 3,722.91 billion cedis.
There were four price changes - three gains and a loss. British American Tobacco gained five cedis at 417 cedis and Pioneer Aluminum Factory was also up five cedis at 250 cedis. CFAO went up by one cedi at 58 cedis. The only loser was Fan Milk, which lost 100 cedis to close at 800 cedis.
