A Kumasi Circuit Tribunal presided over by Justice V. C. Senoo, on Tuesday remanded two men in prison custody to be sentenced on Monday for sentence for defilement.
They are George Sarkodie, 34, an employee of Cedar Crescent Hotel and Richard Serebuor, 17, a driver's mate, both of Kumasi.

In the case of Sarkodie, Chief Inspector Peter Sakyi prosecuting said the accused lured his 12-year-old victim to a maize farm at Patasi in Kumasi and defiled her.
He said that the victim on the night of July 11 was asked by her mistress to go and put out the lights of her chop bar at the police barracks after close of work.
After putting off the lights she met Sarkodie who lured her into the farm and forcibly had sex with her.
Chief Inspector Hajia Victoria Beduana, who prosecuted the case of Serebour, told the tribunal that on July 13 the accused went to a chop bar at Asafo to eat.
The bar owner who is the grandmother of the victim was not there and Serebour convinced the 13-year-old girl to accompany him to Fante New town to collect playing cards from a friend.
Hajia Beduana said at Fante New Town the accused collected a key from the friend, took her to the room and defiled her after which he gave her 2,000 cedis to return home.
When the victim got home the grandmother asked her where she had been and she narrated the incident.
The grandmother reported the matter to the girl's father, who made a report to the police and the accused was arrested.
