NPP extends felicitations to Ga Mashie People.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Saturday expressed its
felicitations to the Ga Mantse and the chiefs and people of Ga Mashie on the
occasion of their annual Homowo festival.
A statement signed by Mr. Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey, Greater
Accra Chairman and National Campaign Manager in Accra reaffirmed the NPP's
continued association with the beliefs, values, traditions and practices of the
Ga Mashie people especially in the celebration of Homowo.
It noted that Homowo symbolises not only the period of exceedingly
plenty harvest but also reconciliation and unity and expressed the hope that
the people of Ga Mashie would be able to meet the challenges of the ensuing
years "with undeviating purpose and constancy".
"It is the prayer of the party that these supreme values that
make the Gas a unique people continue to abide with them", the statement
added.
